Brad assists technicians in the proper care of vehicles brought to Ricart for service, and he works with the customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Brad joined Ricart in 1986. He’s also worked as a service helper, a Ford service tech, a Ford service group leader, a night shift shop foreman and a Ford service advisor.
His specialist certifications include electrical, driveability, engine repair, brakes, climate control, steering and suspension.
A Columbus native, Brad and his wife, Christina, live in Lancaster. They have two children. His son plays travel baseball and his daughter plays travel softball.
Brad has been a dirt bike motorcycle enthusiast since he was eight years old. He’s won the Ohio overall Enduro series championships eight times, the Indiana overall Enduro championship three times and the national class Enduro championship three times.
