As the HR director, it’s Terry’s job to hire the best possible people at Ricart Automotive to ensure that Ricart customers’ transportation needs are met at the company’s high standards.
If you’re looking for a position in sales, service, accounting or any other job at Ricart, this is the guy you want to talk to. But after you look him up, you’ll have to look up to him. He is 6 feet 3 inches tall. (Just guessing)
Terry has been part of Ricart’s Human Resources department for many years. He joined in 1994 as assistant HR director and assumed the director’s job in August 2002.
A native of Woodville, Ohio, Terry earned his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and was a Sandusky county commissioner before moving to Central Ohio. He now resides in Marysville and has one son.
Terry is an avid cyclist and makes an effort to stay fit. His favorite road course is any route hat has no cars. He has also traveled to 25 of America’s 50 U.S. states.
