Barb Fluhart is everyone’s friend at Ricart: She processes payroll, and she handles worker’s compensation claims. Other jobs she has held since she joined Ricart in 1996 include HR administrative assistant, benefits manager and assistant HR director.
Barb is a native of West Lafayette, OH. She now lives in Obetz with her husband, Harry, and their two children.
Barb earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Otterbein College.
She is a member of Hilock Fellowship Church and is an avid Buckeyes fan. Her favorite author must be J.K. Rowling, because Barb describes herself as a “Harry Potter fanatic.”
