Theresa is the warranty administrator at Ricart. If you bring in your car to have work done that is covered by a warranty, it’s Theresa’s job to make sure that the company offering the warranty pays Ricart for the work.
Theresa began at Ricart in 1994.
Theresa is a rare woman in Columbus, Ohio: She’s a card-carrying Wolverine. Born in Michigan, Theresa studied social work at the Ferris State University before landing her first job at a Michigan Ford dealership. She and her husband, Tom DeMerle -- who works in Ricart's parts department -- moved to Columbus to join Ricart Automotive. She and Tom now live in Reynoldsburg with their German Shepherd, Sasha.
Despite that she’s surrounded by Buckeyes at Ricart Automotive, Theresa continues to be a University of Michigan fan.
