Shannon Marcum Customer Retention Coordinator

Shannon Marcum is a customer retention coordinator who works with both Ricart sales and service. He was previously accessories manager with Ricart Hyundai, Kia, Mitsubishi and Nissan.

Shannon is a Galloway native and graduate of Westland High School. He’s a veteran Ricart employee, having worked as general manager and as a salesman at a number of Ricart dealerships. He returned to Ricart in 2011.

But before he got into the car business, Shannon was a drummer with a touring rock band. He still plays music – piano and guitar mostly – with his family. He and his wife, Michele, have four children.

Shannon is a member of the Blendon Masonic Lodge #339 and attends Central College Church in Westerville.
