Julie Betts is a booker in Ricart Service. Customers have no contact with Julie, but she’s one of the cogs in the Ricart service machine that make it run so efficiently.
Julie is essentially an internal bookkeeper. It’s her job to keep track of the work service technicians do on customer cars. She makes sure that the work is billed correctly and that the techs are paid for their time. Ford has certified Julie as a warranty administrator. Julie has worked at Ricart since 1986.
Julie is a Chillicothe native who recently moved to Groveport. She is married and has a grown stepdaughter. Julie loves auctions, NASCAR and gardening. She is looking forward to planning her garden at a home that she and her husband purchased. In fact, Julie is also responsible for all the flowers planted at Ricart Automotive.
