Gary A. Vanscoy Landscaper

Gary Vanscoy’s job title is landscaper, but he does a little more than landscaping. He makes sure that all of Ricart's lots are clean and tidy, but he also paints – inside and out at the Mega Mall – and he does plumbing. He tackles about anything that’s not electrical.

He joined Ricart in 2000.

Gary is a Michigan native who came to Columbus to study at what’s now called DeVry University. When he first joined Ricart, he worked at Ricart VanLand as a technician. He also walked through the vans with customers to make sure they were familiar with vehicle systems.

He is married. His family includes a cat.

In his spare time, he enjoys computer games. He also works on appliances.

Gary is not an OSU fan. He is a Michigan fan. He does note, however, that his wife is an OSU fan, so football season at his house tends to be very animated.
